Registration
Important Information BEFORE you Register for the 2007 Rolex Miami OCR
The process will take 10 minutes, providing you have all the information at your fingertips. Read below so you do it right the first time.
General Information
- The more information you supply when registering, the better. Accurate information is important to ensure we publicize you, and this event, properly. It also ensures you will have a smooth on-site registration process. Take the time to do it right the first time.
- Gather the following information about yourself and all the crew on your boat BEFORE you start this process:
- Boat Information: Boat Name, Sail Number, Significant Sailing Achievements (we'd like a list), Measurement Info.
- Individual Information: Name, Address, home & cell phone numbers, Email, ISAF Sailor ID, T-shirt size, Media Contacts (publication name and contact information), Emergency Contact Name & contact information. This information needs to be provided for each member of the crew.
- Boat Information: Boat Name, Sail Number, Significant Sailing Achievements (we'd like a list), Measurement Info.
- If you have a Coach, please indicate this when you register yourself. Do your coach a favor and register him or her now. It will make things easier on Registration day. You will be asked to supply the following information when you register your coach.
- On-site registration/check-in is required for all athletes and coaches. Please come to the US Sailing Center Miami on Sunday, January 21, 2007 from 8am to 5pm to complete registration.
- Preferred form of payment is Credit Card. This is quick and easy. If you prefer to pay by check, traveler check, or cash, please choose “Pay By Check”, and be sure you process the form that is generated properly. You will not be assessed the late fee providing you have registered on time. This option will lengthen the registration process significantly. Payment by credit card ensures a quick, smooth registration process.
- You are not registered until you receive a receipt via email and your name appears properly on the list of registrants. If you do not receive this, you did not follow the system through to the end. Problems or questions with the registration process should be directed to
support@regattanetwork.com.
- If you make a mistake, or if any information about your registration changes after you have completed it, you can go back and make the changes yourself. Please make sure you keep the email confirmation as it will help you find your registration again. Changes could include Sail #, crew substitution, etc. Please make sure your information is correct and up to date by registration day. This will make the process a lot smoother for you and for US SAILING.
If you are a US Citizen
- You must be a member of US SAILING. Please have your US SAILING Membership ID ready. If you are sailing a crewed boat, be sure you have this for everyone on your boat.
